Subscription service is billed at $15 / month and includes 15 (each) of PlateMaid plates, cups, bowls, forks, spoons and knives. Also included are dish liners, a liner holder, and a pick-up tote. Service includes one pick-up per week. There is a one-time registration fee of $45.00 at sign-up.

Add an additional set of 10 PlateMaid dishes (10 cups, 10 bowls, or 10 plates) for a one-time charge of $15 per set.
